- Check-in time: From 14h00. Early check in before 14h00 will be charged at 50% of 1 nightcontract rate. If check in before 06h00 1 full night of contract rate shall be applied.
- Check out time: Before 12 noon. Late check out till 18h00 will be charged at 50% of 1 night contract rate.
- Day Use Room.
Day use room will be charged at 50% of the 1-night contract rate for use between from 11h00 till 18h00 of the same day. Arrival before 11h00 and departure after 18h00 of the same day will be charged at full of 1-night contract rate

Bookings shall not be considered as confirmed until the travel agent/ tour operator receives confirmation in writing from the Hotel. In case no prior reservations are made, regular published rate will be applied.
Availability checks by telephone are not considered as a commitment for reservation. The hotel is not required to provide verbal confirmation of availability.
